ART . 2 ) RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CLIENT

The contractual relationship between the user who uses the services and Arch. Alessandro Lamanna opens with the communication of the payment of the amount indicated on the website and ends with the dispatch by e -mail (or by regular mail when specifically requested ) of the design . The delivery of the project is carried out via e-mail . Delivery times vary from 7 to 12 working days depending on the level of complexity of the project ..

 

ART . 3 ) WAIVER OF RIGHT TO CANCEL

As the services offered through the website www ................ are customized in accordance with art . 55 paragraph 2 letter . C. Legislative Decree 06.09.2005 n . 185 (Consumer Code ) does not apply the rules concerning the right of withdrawal provided for in respect of the consumer in art. 64 et seq. of the Decree . You may not in any case apply for a refund of the amount paid for a consultation that it considers satisfactory .

The advice provided (unless otherwise specifications ) is developed on the basis of information and a I note provided by the customer and this may prove to be not feasible : in view of this the service requestor raises Arch. Alessandro Lamanna from all liability.

The Arch . Alessandro Lamanna reserves the right to interpret the architectural surveys sent by the client in the case are unclear or inconsistent in the measurements or in other respects.

 

ART . 4) RIGHTS OF THE CLIENT

Complaints can be effettutati ( no later than 10 days from receipt of the documents purchased) by sending an e -mail address . The Arch . Alessandro Lamanna oversee the service provided to the customer and in case of deficiency of quality performance will again be delivered without any additional charge to the customer.

 

ART . 5 ) COPYRIGHT

The Arch . Alessandro Lamanna reserves the right to publish the work produced for the customer in any medium media . Projects are licensed for use but remains the intellectual property and creative Arch. Alessandro Lamanna . A different use of the documents must be authorized .
